Espa-Fil was founded to import and distribute Spanish food and beverage products in the Philippines.

1993

The company relocated from Sta. Cruz, Manila to Mandaluyong City to establish its headquarters and warehouses, improving logistics access across Greater Metro Manila.

2020

In response to COVID-19, Espa-Fil expanded into B2C via major online marketplaces and transferred operations to a new headquarters to support growth.

2021

EF Logistics was established to manage warehousing and distribution for Espa-Fil and to offer these services to other growing companies.

2026

Mega-Warehouse

EF Logistics inaugurated their first 4-story mega-warehouse located in Mandaluyong City.

Future Expansion

The company plans to expand into refrigerated products and cold storage to support continued growth.
