Pulled pork, ham, with a hint of tanginess from yellow mustard and Molinera pickles make for the ultimate comfort food. This recipe is a MUST try!

Ingredients: Mojo Pork
- 1 kg pork shoulder
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/3 cup of Molinera Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Capri Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup of Don Simon Orange Juice or 100% squeezed Orange Juice w/ Pulp
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Small handful of mint leaves
- Small handful of cilantro (if you don't like cilantro, you can opt out of this)
- 1 tsp oregano (dried)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
Procedure
- Dump in a slow cooker
- Cook on low for 8 hours
Ingredients: CUBANO
- Butter
- Bread (Soft Baguette / Hoagie)
- Ham
- Mojo Pork
- Swiss Cheese
- Molinera Pickles in Vinegar
- Yellow Mustard (French's is ok!)
Procedure
- Cut the buns in half, butter both sides and toast buttered sides on a flat pan.
- Fry ham and Mojo Pork
- Build the sandwich with meat, mustard, pickles, and cheese
- Butter the buns on the outside
- Press on panini press or on a pan
